2009 年金秋时节，乔治梅森大学治”校园生活”与新世界双语学院联合邀请黄河艺术团以及两岸三地的表演艺术家们将于8月29 日在乔治梅森大学艺术表演中心举办金秋月圆"的中秋文艺晚会，来自台湾的著名年轻演唱家史茵茵，献上扣人心弦的乡音乡情；应邀同台表演团体包括：唯一代表亚裔在美国总统就职大典主席台表演的新世界双语学院亮丽龙队、台海间享有盛名的“千荣舞蹈艺术团”，整容强大的古筝音乐表演团队“婵鸣古筝团” ，及华府地区享有盛名的艺术团，等会集两岸三地的优秀歌舞节目，在金秋的舞台上展现华夏民族之情, 两岸同胞之谊,

New World Bilingual Institute (NWBI) All Stars Dragon Dance to contribute the China glorious cultural diversity and world harmony. It was the only team to representative the Asian American and performed at 2009 US Presidential Inauguration Ceremony at VIP Stage.

新世界双语学院亮丽龙队是唯一代表亚裔在美国总统就职大典主席台表演的龙队。全体队员都是9-11 年级文武双全的高中高才生。

New World Bilingual Institute All Stars Dragon Dance ---This Elite team was the only team selected to represent the Asian Community at 2009 US Presidential Inauguration. It also invited to perform at 2009 Beijing International Culture Festival in Olympic Bird’s Nest. All members are the top students in schools.

The New World Bilingual Institute (NWBI) is a 501(c)(3) non profit educational institute that affiliated with George Mason University (GMU), and has partnership with Fairfax County Public School System. NWBI Promotes diverse way of life in cultural and ethical values through the provision of programs emphasizing language, cultural awareness, community service, and leadership and communication to serve all ethnic groups and established a Hope Fund to save the underprivileged Children  nationally and, internationally..   These programs are centered on the cultural and ethical values comprising the diverse way of life in the United States.
